Our listed galvanizing facilities accommodate parts up to 12 meters in length and typically apply zinc coatings ranging from 50 to 80 μm, measured per ISO 2808. Powder coating is cured at 180–200°C to achieve a dry film thickness of 60–120 μm, with adhesion performance verified in accordance with ASTM D3359. All partners provide batch-specific documentation, including process parameters (e.g., immersion time, cure temperature) and coating thickness reports. By enabling coordinated workflows between upstream fabrication and downstream finishing within our network, we reduce handling risks and logistical delays commonly associated with multi-vendor handoffs.
